**Responsibilities**:

- Technical Strategy and Innovation: Develop and execute our technical strategy, aligning it with our innovative vision and long-term objectives. Drive the development of cutting-edge solutions, leveraging your cybersecurity expertise to address emerging threats and challenges.
- Technology Architecture and Infrastructure: Design and oversee the implementation of our technology architecture and infrastructure. Ensure scalability, reliability, and robust security across our platforms and systems.
- Research and Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cybersecurity and lead our research and development efforts. Identify and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Provide mentorship and guidance to develop talent and drive technical excellence.
- Technical Roadmap and Execution: Define and execute the technical roadmap, translating strategic goals into actionable plans. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of our products and services.
- Cybersecurity Operations: Establish robust cybersecurity operations, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management. Implement industry-leading practices to safeguard our infrastructure and customer data.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Cultivate strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, including technology vendors, research institutions, and industry experts. Collaborate on joint initiatives, leverage external expertise, and explore new business opportunities.
- Compliance and Regulatory Standards: Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and frameworks. Stay informed about changes in the regulatory landscape and implement necessary measures to maintain compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Proven track record of technical leadership, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
- Expertise in technology architecture, infrastructure design, and scalable system development.
- Knowledge of advanced cybersecurity methodologies, threat intelligence, and incident response.
- Proficiency in leading and managing high-performing technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

**Salary**: ₹338,459.62 - ₹1,617,053.55 per year
