**Co-ordinator - Work From Home**

No leaves or early log outs will be allowed. Timings will be strictly adhered to.

A brief mention of basic responsibilities is listed below

1 Coordinating:
a) Students' classes, counselling of new students, registration forms, helping and coordinating them for satisfied class experience

b) Tutors: sharing schedules, reschedules and cancellation details of classes, updating their time tables, recording their leaves

c) Monthly meeting of tutors and 1-2-1 meetings as in when required on partners request

2) Billing Process: cross verification and validation of monthly data to ensure error free billing.

3) Timesheets: Validation of weekly and monthly timesheets

4) Maintaining Records: various records related to students (old and new), tutors, company processes

5) New Tutors Engagement: conducting final round of demo along with partner, issuing contract letter, collecting and verifying new tutor documents, preparing training schedules for new tutors, conducting training for timesheets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
