We are looking for **IT Recuritor** with **6 months to 2 years **of experience in It Recruitment with the following skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Should have knowledge about job portals like **LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed**.
Should have basic knowledge about IT Technologies.

**Major Work Responsibilities -**:

- Technical Evaluation
- Collaboration with Hiring Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of recruitment activities.
