Looking for Female Recruiter
Location: Pune ( Work from Home)
Major Responsibilities
- Work with Hiring Managers to understand skillset needs and target profiles
- Use creative sourcing methods to identify both active and passive talent
- Use social media to attract suitable talent
requirements.
- Track all recruitment activity in ATS and generate reports periodically.

Experience Required
- 1-5+ years of experience in US recruitment for technical / technology / IT
positions.
- Prior experience recruiting for US based IT /software company strongly
preferred
- Experience working with US time zones.
- Experience with searching / head hunting on LinkedIn is crucial.
- Experience working with US job boards, job posting, searching, screening,
interviewing, negotiating is required.
- Expertise in creative / innovative ways of sourcing global talent, developing
talent pool is desired.
- Proven success managing difficult searches and handling high requisition
loads in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.
- Ability to manage and track all recruiting activity in an ATS, generate and
manipulate status reports in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, high integrity and a high degree of
professionalism.

**Salary**: From ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 3 years (preferred)
