Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants’ profiles on time.
Proven successful sales record in the U.S Staffing industry.
Responsible for handling different types of IT requirements such as Java,.Net, Oracle, SAP, Embedded, Linux, UNIX, HTML, DHTML, and XML, etc.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
To understand the Technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
Desired Skills
Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT is preferred however the combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Must have a minimum of 6+ months of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Must have hands-on experience working with MSP/VMS-based Direct Clients.D:
**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
