We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic US IT Bench Sales recruiter.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good interpersonal and decision making skills.

Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Energetic and willing to work for **Night Shift (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM)**

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune

Salary : 15k/month + Incentives

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- As a Bench Sales Recruiter involved in selling the bench consultants, including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiations, and closing.
- Involved in sales i.e., bench consultants to the Vendors and Clients for the requirements.
- Searching the requirements for the allotted bench from portals, groups, and contacts. Sharing the requirements with the consultants by his/her comfortability used to submit the resume to the recruiter.
- Getting requirements for bench consultants from various sources like Prime Vendors, job portals, and other Networking sites.
- Maintain daily & weekly status lists of all activities through MS Excel.
- Responsibilities include calling on prime vendors, developing corporate account relationships, presenting consultants, negotiating and finalizing contracts.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
