We are seeking a talented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with IT professionals who are on the bench (between projects) and matching them with suitable job opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and reach out to IT professionals who are available on the bench.

Coordinate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements.

Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions.

**Requirements**:
Expierence
- 6 month to 5+ yrs.

Education
- MBA OR BBA

Proven experience in bench sales or IT recruiting.

Strong understanding of IT technologies and skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Knowledge of various job boards and sourcing techniques.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
