We work with international candidates including F1 OPTs, H1B holders, Green Card holders, and US Citizens, helping them secure the best opportunities while building strong client relationships.


We are now seeking a Sales Executive (Bench Sales Recruiter) to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is target-driven, and has the ability to build strong professional networks.



Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Marketing (Bench Sales)

• Call and connect with candidates available on the bench (primarily IT professionals).

• Actively market candidates to clients and vendors for contract/full-time opportunities.

• Build strong relationships with candidates and understand their career goals.

• Lead Generation & Sales Calls

• Source new clients/vendors and build long-term relationships.

• Make daily sales calls, follow-ups, and negotiate contract terms with clients.

• Submit suitable candidates for open requirements and follow through until placement.

• Recruitment Coordination

• Work closely with the recruitment team to align candidate submissions with client needs.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate marketing, interviews, and client interactions.

• Ensure timely updates are provided to candidates and management.

• Relationship Management

• Develop strong vendor and client networks for continuous business.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and transparency in all communications.



Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• 0–2 years of experience in bench sales / IT staffing / international calling / sales.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work US/UK shift timings when required.

• Target-driven, energetic, and eager to grow in the staffing industry.
