**Job Details**

**Job Responsibility**:

- **Design and implement recruitment of students to participate in job placement activities.**
- **Provide support for student participation in job placement activities and communication between employers and students.**:

- **Coordinate with career guidance staff to establish students’ goals and assess readiness for employment.**
- **Connect students to employers by facilitating interviews, matching students to internship sites, and assisting with job placement.**
- **Advise students in their preparation to seek employment.**
- **Conduct orientation programs for all new students.**

**B) Skills and Knowledge**:

- **Counseling techniques, both individually and group.**:

- **Oral and written communication skills.**:

- **Record-keeping techniques.**:

- **Research methods involving trends in the labor market.**:

- **Technical aspects of field of specialty. Techniques used to motivate and coach students.**:

- **Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.**
- **Operate computers and business-related software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.**

**C) Education : UG / and PG (Preferred Specialization in HR)**

**D) Experience : 1 To 3 Years**

**E) Location : Kothrud, Pune**
