Job Summary:
We are looking for HR Intern at Abhinav IT Solutions Pvt Ltd. Immediate joiner will be preferred. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. As an HR Intern, you will support various HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and more. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in HR processes and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment (posting jobs, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication).
Support new employee onboarding and complete necessary paperwork.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
Assist in employee benefits, leave management, and HR programs.
Organize employee engagement activities.
Help with performance management processes (feedback and appraisals).
Conduct HR research and assist in new initiatives.
Perform administrative duties (filing, data entry, HR supplies).
Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/BBA in HR
Strong interest in HR and eagerness to learn.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Positive, proactive, and a team player
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹3, ₹4,000.00 per month
