**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused **CRM Executive** to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management system. The CRM Executive will be responsible for executing CRM campaigns, analyzing customer data, improving customer engagement, and supporting retention strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operation of the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to implement customer lifecycle strategies.
- Analyze customer data and campaign performance to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain and update customer records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Track KPIs such as open rates, CTR, retention, CLV, and engagement.
- Support loyalty and referral programs and manage customer feedback mechanisms.
- Assist with A/B testing and personalization strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 1+years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
