**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in generating leads, converting prospects, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our real estate projects
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into sales
- Build relationships with customers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling tools
