**Job Title**: Real Estate Cum Telecaller
**Location**: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹2,60,000 - ₹3,00,000 per annum
**Age Requirement**: 20 to 30 years
**Language Requirement**: Fluency in English (mandatory)

**Key Responsibilities**:Telecaller Duties**:

- Make **outbound calls** to potential clients, introducing available property listings and services.
- **Follow up** with leads and prospects, providing additional information on properties, and answering any queries.
- Schedule property viewings and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of all telecalling activities, lead status, and client feedback.
- **Cold calling** and **lead generation** to increase business opportunities and customer engagement.
- Provide detailed and accurate information on property prices, features, and availability.
- Assist in setting appointments, and follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction.

**Real Estate Duties**:

- Assist the sales team in **client acquisition** and **property management**.
- Help with the preparation of **property listings** and marketing materials.
- Support in managing customer relationships, ensuring positive interactions, and providing solutions to any concerns.
- **Coordinate property viewings**, answer client inquiries, and ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends in the CBD Belapur region.
- Assist clients with necessary paperwork, documentation, and contract-related processes.

**Front Desk/Administrative Duties**:

- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the relevant departments.
- Welcome clients and ensure a professional and friendly reception at the office.
- Maintain records of client interactions and manage front office tasks efficiently.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum of a High School Diploma (Graduation in any field is preferred).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in real estate, customer service, or telecalling is an advantage.
- **Age**: 20 to 30 years.
- **Skills**:

- **Excellent English communication** skills (mandatory).
- **Strong phone etiquette** and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of the **real estate market** and property terminology (or willingness to learn).
- Proficiency in **MS Office** and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- **Team player** with a proactive attitude.

**Salary**:
₹2,60,000 - ₹3,00,000 per annum, based on experience and performance.
