**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused **Telecaller** to handle both inbound and outbound calls in the real estate domain. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, providing information about projects, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **inbound calls** from prospective buyers and provide project details.
- Make **outbound calls** to potential clients for lead generation and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them with suitable property options.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
- Maintain and update the CRM/database with client interactions.
- Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to support closures.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience as a telecaller, customer service executive, or similar role (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
