**Job Title**: Telecaller - Real Estate

**Location**: Baner, Pune

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 (In-Hand)

**Experience**: 1-2 Years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, and offers to potential buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain and update the customer database with relevant details.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure engagement and conversion.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client queries effectively.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience as a **Telecaller.**:

- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Prior experience in lead generation and telecalling.
- Knowledge of real estate projects, property selling processes, and pricing structures.
- Ability to persuade and convert leads into site visits.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,287.57 - ₹25,115.81 per month
