Job Description**:Facebook Ads Executive for B2C Brand UNEEQBOX**
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Campaign Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to achieve business objectives such as sales, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Create detailed ad strategies, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and ad placement.
- Set up and manage campaigns using tools like Ads Manager, Power Editor, and Business Manager.
- **Ad Content Development**:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives (images, videos, copy) tailored for specific campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify the most effective assets.
- **Audience Targeting & Segmentation**:
- Conduct audience research to identify potential customers and create custom and lookalike audiences.
- Optimize targeting strategies to maximize reach and engagement within the specified budget.
- **Performance Monitoring & Optimization**:
- Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Analyze data metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting strategies based on performance insights.
- **Reporting & Insights**:
- Provide regular campaign performance reports, including key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve future campaign performance.
- **Budget Management**:
- Efficiently manage ad spend to ensure maximum ROI while staying within allocated budgets.
- Track daily and monthly spending to avoid budget overruns.
- **Stay Updated**:
- Keep up-to-date with Facebook Ads policies, trends, and best practices to implement the latest techniques.
- Monitor competitor ad campaigns and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and analytics tools.
- Proven track record of achieving significant ROI in paid campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics and pixel implementation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail in ad copy and visuals.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
