**Salary - Best in industry**

**Work days - 5 days working, night shift -10pm - 6am.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Media Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective media strategies aligned with campaign objectives and target audience demographics.

2. **Media Buying and Negotiation**:Research, identify, negotiate, and purchase advertising space across various social media channels to achieve optimal exposure and ROI.

3. **Budget Management**: Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints while maximizing campaign effectiveness.

4. **Vendor Relationships**:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, publishers, and advertising agencies to secure favourable rates, added value, and priority placements for campaigns.

5. **Campaign Analysis and Optimization**: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance metrics, make data-driven decisions, and optimize media buys for better ROI and audience engagement.

6. **Stay Updated with Industry Trends**: Keep abreast of industry trends, new media opportunities, and emerging technologies to leverage innovative strategies for campaigns.

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
