True North Marketers is ROI Driven E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Agency based out UAE and India. We are hunting a motivated and detail-oriented Media Buyer with at least 1 year of experience in media buying.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute media buying strategies across digital platforms, including social media, display, search, and video.
- Analyze target audiences, determine the best media mix, and allocate budgets accordingly.
- Negotiate and purchase ad space, ensuring the best possible ROI for clients.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop compelling ad creatives that align with client objectives.
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports to clients, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in digital media buying.
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Track and report on KPIs, ensuring campaigns meet predefined goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and programmatic display.
- Proficiency in using media buying and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proactive and results-driven, with a passion for staying current on industry trends and best practices.
