**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven **Meta Ads Executive** to join our marketing team. If you're passionate about driving sales through smart advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and you have a flair for communication and copywriting in **English**, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute sales-focused campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
- Write compelling ad copies with strong call-to-actions to generate leads and sales.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align campaign goals and creatives.
- Prepare performance reports and share insights regularly.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Excellent **English writing and communication skills**.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Must be **based in Kolkata**.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
