Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled
Meta Ads Expert
to join our growing digital team in Central Kolkata (Ripon More). This role is critical in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions through well-planned and optimised Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns. Success in this position means achieving strong ROI, lowering acquisition costs, and consistently delivering measurable performance. As a core member of the marketing team, you will directly impact the growth of our clients and the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximise ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences to improve results.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Build remarketing and lookalike audiences to scale performance.
  • Ensure correct setup of tracking (Pixel, Events Manager, and Conversion API).
  • Generate clear performance reports and present actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad messaging aligns with brand goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest Meta Ads features, tools, and compliance policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    3 years of proven experience
    running Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Events Manager.
  • Solid understanding of campaign structures (CBO, ABO, Remarketing, Lookalikes, etc.).
  • Proficiency in analysing data and optimising for key metrics (ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPA).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
