Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media marketing, paid ads, SEO basics, and content promotion, with a strong focus on lead generation and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) within allocated budgets
  • Handle day-to-day social media management including posting, engagement, and basic creatives coordination
  • Perform basic SEO activities (keyword research, on-page optimization, content suggestions)
  • Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics
  • Create monthly performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations
  • Coordinate with designers, content writers, or internal teams for campaign execution
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and social media advertising platforms
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite
  • Good analytical, communication, and time-management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with email marketing tools
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
  • Experience in lead generation or e-commerce marketing
