**Key Responsibilities**:
Run and manage Meta ad campaigns with a focus on lead generation (Landing Page and Instant Forms).
Understand campaign objectives clearly and align ad strategy accordingly.
Curate compelling ad copies and provide clear briefs to designers — or create basic visuals using Canva when required.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel for accurate lead tracking and data attribution.
Coordinate with CRM and automation tools for lead nurturing and integration (experience in this area is a plus).
Analyze performance data and suggest actionable improvements for better ROAS.
Bring fresh ideas, test new approaches, and execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.

**Required Skills**:
1-2 years of experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns.
Experience with Meta Pixel setup and tracking.
Ability to write ad copies and ideate creatives independently.
Familiarity with Canva and basic creative editing tools.
Knowledge of CRM tools and automation platforms is an added advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
