**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, launch, and manage **high-converting Meta Ads campaigns** (Facebook, Instagram).
- Strategically lower **CPC & CPA** while improving ROAS across accounts.
- Conduct detailed **audience research** to identify profitable targeting opportunities.
- Implement **A/B split testing** for ad copy, creatives, and audience segments.
- Build and manage **remarketing funnels** to maximize conversions.
- Optimize campaign structures for scalability.
- Analyze performance data & prepare actionable reports for clients.
- Collaborate with creative and copywriting teams for high-impact ad assets.
- Stay ahead of **Meta platform updates** and algorithm changes.

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years** of proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with **6-figure monthly spends**.
- Strong understanding of **Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, Custom Audiences, and Lookalike Audiences**.
- Demonstrated success in **reducing CPC while increasing ROI**.
- Proficiency with **Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and tracking tools**.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage **multiple client accounts** efficiently.
- Experience with **remarketing strategies** and funnel building.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain ad performance to non-technical clients.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
