Job Description

We are seeking a Paid Ads Media Specialist to manage and optimize our online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring paid ad strategies to drive brand visibility, generate leads, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

Create ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing strategies.

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.

Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

Creativity in ad content creation and audience engagement strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
