**What is needed of you?**
BetterWay treats chronic lifestyle disorders using evidence-based Ayurved, enabled by technology.
It has multi-specialty Ayurved day-care centres with expert Doctors and Paramedics.
At the core, for patients, BetterWay advocates, holistic, nature aligned lifestyle choices. We believe, root to chronic is deviation from core fabric your natural body composition.
As a Social Media and content owner at BetterWay, you will co-create and shape the BetterWay brand's presence across Social Media platforms, namely WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
The aim is to build a credible, conversation-worthy Brand around natural and holistic wellness for Urban Indians. We envision the BetterWay social brand to be the default destination for all things Ayurved and healthier living for 20 million Indians who are tied to the new urban living setup.
In essence, as a social media and content intern, you are not just a contributor but a storyteller, strategist, and brand advocate.
You will be able to channel your passion for social media and gain an understanding of marketing principles to develop creative concepts that not only educate your target audience but also inspire wellness and holistic living.
This goal will be accomplished through the execution of the roles and responsibilities outlined below:
Community Management:
- Engage with our thriving online community of existing and potential patients across various social media channels like WhatsApp, Google, and Facebook.
- Respond to comments, and messages, and share relevant content to increase engagement and build trust within the community.
- Foster positive relationships with our audience by addressing their queries and feedback.
Social Media Managements:
- Assist in developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy.
- Create, curate, schedule, and publish engaging content for our social media platforms.
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and trends.
Content Shooting and Productions:
- Assist in planning logistics, creating scripts, and executing content shoots (photo, video, etc.
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality content that aligns with our brand and is consistent in style.
