**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals and enhance brand awareness.
- Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content (e.g., original text, images, videos, and news) on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers to create high-quality, visually appealing social media posts.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including influencer collaborations, paid ads, and contests to drive audience engagement and follower growth.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and audience feedback to continuously improve content and strategies.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and maintain an active brand voice across platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media initiatives using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and other strategic partners to boost brand presence.
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology across social media platforms.
- Work with the paid media team to support campaigns with social ad targeting and content strategy.
- Regularly provide insights on key metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven results.
