As a Social Media Handler, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to achieve organizational goals. You will manage all social media channels, create engaging content, interact with followers, analyze performance metrics, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create original, high-quality content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform and audience.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to align social media activities with overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve social media presence.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to track key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Implement paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize them for maximum ROI.
- Stay abreast of changes in social media algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure maximum visibility.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
