**Role Overview**:
As a Social Media Intern at Troovy, you will be at the forefront of our social media marketing efforts, assisting in content creation, social media management, and brand engagement. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing within the exciting and rapidly growing food and beverages industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:Design and produce creative, visually appealing content for Troovy’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to engage and attract followers.
- **Social Media Management**: Assist in scheduling and managing daily social media posts, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- **Audience Engagement**: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across our social media platforms to foster a strong community and encourage customer engagement.
- **Campaign Support**:Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to increase brand awareness and customer interaction.
- **Trend Research**:Stay up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate them into our social media strategies to keep content fresh and engaging.
- **Performance Tracking**:Help track and analyze key performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, etc.) using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights, and provide weekly reports.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure social media content is aligned with the overall brand strategy.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Social Media Enthusiast**: A strong passion for social media and a deep understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- **Creative**: Ability to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for social media posts and campaigns.
- **Strong Writing Skills**: Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail, able to craft engaging and error-free content.
- **Basic Design Skills**:Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop to create visually appealing content.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Basic knowledge of social media analytics and how to track performance.
- **Interest in Food & Beverages**: Passion for food and beverages, with an awareness of current trends in the industry.
- **Proactive & Self-motivated**:Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment.

**Eligibility**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Previous internship or experience in social media marketing is a plus but not required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
