**Position**: Social Media Intern
**Location**: Gurgaon, Haryana
**Duration**: 3 Months

**Job Summary**:
As a Social Media Intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and foster community engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling and visually appealing content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote our products, services, events, and initiatives.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry and brand.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
- Analyze social media metrics and track the performance of campaigns to optimize results and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our strategies remain effective and relevant.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or recent graduate).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Previous experience with social media management or digital marketing is preferred but not required.
