**Job Overview**:
We’re seeking a creative and enthusiastic **Social Media Associate** to help us build and manage our online presence. If you’re someone who loves creating content, staying on top of social trends, and engaging with communities, this is your chance to be the voice of our brand across platforms. You'll work closely with our marketing team and other departments to bring our brand to life online.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Management**:

- Assist in executing the company’s social media strategy in line with marketing goals.
- Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure regular and engaging posts.
- Publish and monitor content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube.

**2. Content Creation**
- Help generate content ideas (posts, stories, reels, etc.) that reflect the brand voice.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos and social media visuals using tools like Canva and basic video editing software.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams for graphic or campaign support.

**3. Community Engagement**
- Respond to comments, messages, and DMs to build strong relationships with our audience.
- Communicate confidently in both Hindi and English on all platforms.
- Represent the brand professionally and warmly during any online or offline interactions.

**4. Cross-Team Collaboration**
- Coordinate with teams like product, design, and sales to align on messaging and campaigns.
- Assist in gathering inputs for upcoming posts and initiatives.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and team meetings.

**5. Performance & Trends**
- Use scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn tools for planning.
- Track social media performance using analytics and share reports with key insights.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree, MBA (Marketing), or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in social media, or a related role.
- Canva, basic video shooting/editing (e.g., InShot, CapCut, Adobe Express)
- Hashtag research & social trend tracking
- Tools: Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, Hootsuite, Google Trends
- Copywriting & basic graphic layout knowledge
- Bonus: Experience with ChatGPT or AI tools for content brainstorming
