**Job Title: Medical & Surgical Sales Executive - Medical Devices**
**Overview**: As a Business Development/ Sales Executive Executive specializing in Medical Devices, Sutures, Surgical Mesh, Surgical Drapes, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by promoting and selling our innovative Medical Devices to healthcare professionals, Hospitals, Dentals, Surgeons, and other relevant stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in expanding market share, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
2. **Customer Engagement**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including healthcare professionals, laboratory managers, and procurement officers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, positioning our Medical Devices.
3. **Product Knowledge**:
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase the functionality and effectiveness of our products.
4. **Sales Presentations and Proposals**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that address customer needs and highlight the unique selling points of our Medical Devices.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the customer.
5. **Market Expansion**:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the market presence of our Surgical Items.
- Explore new customer segments and geographic areas for potential business growth.
6. **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
7. **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
8. **Training and Development**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings.
- Continuously enhance your sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- B-Pharma, Diploma B.Sc, Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical Device industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,580.94 - ₹60,000.00 per month
