Executive Surgical Product Marketing - General Surgery (Mumbai)

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote our surgical products within the general surgery segment.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends in the surgical industry, specifically related to general surgery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and clinical teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with product features and customer requirements.

Create and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Develop compelling marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and product guides to effectively communicate product benefits and features to target audiences.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital administrators.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.

Coordinate participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote our surgical products and enhance brand presence.

Track and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, sales performance, and ROI to management.

Stay updated on advancements and developments in the field of general surgery to ensure product marketing strategies are aligned with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A medical or healthcare background is a plus.

Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry, with a focus on surgical products.

Strong knowledge of general surgery procedures, terminology, and market dynamics.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey product information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to analyze market data and customer insights to develop targeted marketing strategies.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Result-driven mindset with a track record of achieving marketing goals and driving business growth.

Flexibility to travel occasionally for conferences, meetings, and events.
