**Job Title: Sales Executive - Pharma Medicines & Surgical Devices**

**Location**: Andheri, Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Develop and execute strategies to generate sales across various channels including hospitals, medical institutions, chemist wholesale/retail, and tenders.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as hospital procurement managers, chemists, distributors, and wholesalers.
- **Export & Tender Management**: Manage and grow export sales and participate in tender processes for both government and private sector contracts.
- **Product Procurement**: Oversee and manage procurement processes to ensure that required products are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Identify new market opportunities, track industry trends, and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
- **Product Knowledge & Training**: Stay updated with the latest product innovations and ensure clients are educated on the benefits and usage of our products.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts to ensure alignment with company goals.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or surgical equipment industry.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of sales and procurement processes in hospitals, healthcare institutes, chemist retail/wholesale, and tender systems.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges in the sales and procurement processes.
- **Results-Oriented**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- **Location**: Must be based in or near Andheri, Mumbai.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience of Pharma medicines procurement and sales.
