**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of front office experience in the hospitality industry.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
