We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team as a GSA/Team Leader Front Office (Guest Communication Center) in Hyatt Centric Janakpuri.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front office operations, ensuring seamless guest communication and service delivery.
  • Lead a team of Guest Service Agents (GSAs) to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues promptly.
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor GSAs to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a front office or guest service role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications relevant to front office operations.
