Duty Manager – Front Office

We are looking for a skilled Duty Manager to lead our Front Office team at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in front office operations and management.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage daily front office operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk staff, including receptionists, concierges, and bell captains.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth room preparation and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions, including registration forms and billing information.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in front office management, preferably in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex guest complaints and issues.
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems, including reservation and billing software.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
