Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office GSA located in New Delhi. The Front Office GSA will handle day-to-day tasks such as greeting and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. The individual will also perform receptionist duties, including handling inquiries, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a welcoming reception area.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and Front Desk Operations
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- High School diploma or relevant qualifications
