**Job Title**:Healthcare Executive - Patient care coordinator

**Summary of Duties**
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Interact professionally with patients, clinicians, office staff, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, home care providers, and insurance companies.
- Schedule patient appointments as per company guidelines.
- Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to varying work schedules.

- **Patient Care**: Ensure high-quality care and satisfaction by considering each patient’s individual needs.
- **Navigation Support**: Direct patients to the appropriate person or department for assistance.
- **Workspace Maintenance**: Keep your work area clean and organized.
- **Procedure Adherence**: Stay updated with office and departmental procedures.
- **Team Participation**: Attend educational activities and physician staff meetings.
- **Policy Compliance**: Adhere to the employee handbook and company policies.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- **Availability**: Be available for client-required meetings when working offshore.

**Required Skills & Attributes**
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Proficiency in using computers, phones, and basic office equipment.
- Strong and fast typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Educational Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree or any equivalent degree.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

Tasks include, but are not limited to:
**1. Patient Assistance Center (PAC) Call Support**
- Attend calls via softphone.
- Assess patient needs and assist accordingly.
- Schedule appointments based on symptoms and guidelines.
- Liaise with other departments when necessary.
- Follow professional phone etiquette at all times.
- Relay messages through EHR or other communication channels when required.
- Follow client SOPs consistently—keep them easily accessible.
- Seek assistance when unsure about a task.
- Participate in outbound call campaigns and report outcomes to your supervisor.
- Escalate unusual scenarios promptly to the supervisor for resolution.
- Demonstrate flexibility in multitasking.
- Monitor and manage personal inboxes daily; respond unless awaiting external information.
- Coordinate with office managers regarding site-specific issues.
- Be adaptable to support other functions when requested.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
