**Job Title: Healthcare Executive - Call Center Support**

**Summary of Duties**:
The Healthcare Executive will be responsible for assessing patients who call the call center and triaging them based on their medical needs. Depending on the situation, the executive will either connect the patient to an on-call doctor, book an appointment, or provide appropriate medical guidance.

This role requires **flexibility to work in rotational shifts**, with **Thursday and Friday as weekly offs**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure **punctuality and regular attendance** as it is critical to the role.
- Maintain a **professional and courteous attitude** toward coworkers and patients.
- Prioritize **patient care and satisfaction**, offering guidance tailored to each patient’s medical situation.
- Direct patients to the appropriate department or personnel for further assistance.
- Maintain a **clean and organized workspace**.
- Stay updated with office and department **policies and procedures**.
- Participate in **educational activities and physician staff meetings**.
- Adhere to the **Employee Handbook** and company policies.
- Maintain **strict confidentiality**, complying with **HIPAA guidelines and regulations**.
- Be available for **meetings at customer-requested times**, including **odd hours**, when working offshore.

**Required Skills & Attributes**:

- **Extensive medical knowledge** and the ability to assess patients accurately.
- Prior experience as a **Nurse in the ER or a hospital setting** is preferred.
- Proficiency in using a **computer, phone, and basic office equipment**.
- **Fast and accurate typing skills**.
- **Excellent and clear communication** skills are mandatory.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- **Nursing degree** or **medical professionals (Doctors) who have not completed their degree but possess strong medical knowledge**.
- **Homeopathy doctors** or **Ayurveda doctors** with relevant experience.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Handling After-Hours Patient Calls**:

- Answer calls through the **softphone system**.
- Assess the patient’s condition and **triage accordingly**.
- If the issue can be handled over the phone, **connect the patient to an on-call doctor**.
- If guidance can be provided without a doctor, **advise the patient appropriately**.
- Schedule a **next-day appointment** based on symptoms.
- If symptoms indicate an emergency, **advise the patient to visit the ER**.
- Follow the **client’s established protocols** for patient triage and assistance.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
