**Job Overview**:
The Patient Care Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive high-quality, empathetic care from their first contact with our clinic through to post-treatment follow-up. The Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for patients, providing information, addressing concerns, and coordinating all aspects of the patient’s experience with the clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Communication**:

- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Answer patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone, regarding treatments, and procedures.
- **Patient Education & Support**:

- Educate patients about clinic procedures, services, and treatment options.
- **Coordination of Care**:

- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth coordination of patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage patient intake, registration, and consent forms.
- Update and maintain patient management systems with accurate information.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in a healthcare or fertility clinic setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate with a commitment to patient care.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
