**Position**: Care Companion
- Job Description_
- Gather pertinent information about the patient's medical and family history. Record information in the forms provided.
- Coordinate with the counsellors and patients to assist in organizing appointments while closely working with the patient caregivers and doctor's/hospital's team.
- Assist cancer patient/caregiver with accessing all the available resources for cancer patients that are provided by the doctor/hospital.
- Work with the central team to provide counseling support and community program support to patients based on the need
- Provide emotional support to the patients as needed
- Be an advocate for the patient
- Required Skills: _ Bachelor's or Master's preferably in Allied Healthcare, oncology, Social Work, Nursing or Life Sciences/Biotechnology, Patient coordination.
- 1 or more years of relevant experience in a hospital/clinic preferred.
- **Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati/Marathi is mandatory**.
- Demonstrate a general understanding of oncology illnesses and treatment modalities Demonstrate an ability to assess patient needs and empathy towards patients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
