**Key Responsibilities**:
- Acquire new customers through effective outreach and pitching strategies.
- Assist customers in navigating the portal, providing guidance on features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and enhance the user experience.
- Provide exceptional support and service to existing customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Track customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates and changes to effectively assist customers.
- Regularly review LinkedIn analytics to track engagement, follower growth, and the effectiveness of your content.
- Regularly active on LinkedIn.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous experience in sales support, preferably in the portal industry but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mind-set.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent may be considered with relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales support, preferably in the portal or B2B industry.
