**Job Title: Inside Sales Executive - UG/PG Course Sales**
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 in-hand per month + Incentives
**Experience Required**: Minimum **6 months** in inside sales, academic counseling, or a related field
**Education**: Any graduate
**Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills required**
**Work Schedule**:6 days working (Sunday off)**
**Timings**:9:00 AM - 6:00 PM**
We are hiring **Inside Sales Executive**to join our team and drive **UG/PG course enrollments online**. This role involves engaging with potential students, understanding their academic aspirations, and guiding them toward the best educational programs. If you have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a passion for education, we’d love to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Counsel students on suitable **UG/PG courses** based on their career goals and interests.
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure a seamless admission process.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and conversion rates.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **6 months of experience** in inside sales, academic counseling, or telesales in **EdTech** or a related industry.
- **Excellent communication and persuasion skills.**:
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle student inquiries effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
