Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000/month (Fixed) + Incentives
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Weekly Off)
Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are hiring motivated and goal-driven **Inside Sales Executives to sell UG/PG online courses** to prospective students. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the EdTech industry while making a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential students via calls and follow-ups
Explain course offerings, fees, and benefits clearly
Convert leads into successful enrollments
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records and follow-up schedules using CRM tools
Coordinate with the academic and support teams for smooth onboarding
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales/tele-sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Graduation preferred
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.)
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
