Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: On-site - Noida, Sector 5
Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1-3 Years (Experience in E-commerce/D2C brands preferred)
We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who can be the voice of the brand - someone who handles customer queries with empathy, solves problems efficiently, and ensures every interaction turns into a positive experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to queries related to orders, returns/exchanges, sizing, shipping, product details, and more.
- Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Track and manage open tickets and follow up till resolution.
- Maintain support data in Google Sheets/Excel and update reports regularly.
- Share regular feedback on customer pain points and help improve brand experience.
- Stay updated on new launches, offers, and inventory status to communicate accurately.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong written and spoken English - professional yet conversational.
- Excellent communication and customer empathy.
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel - VLOOKUP, filters, pivots, etc.
- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Gorgias, Freshdesk, or similar CRMs (preferred).
- Organized, self-driven, and able to work independently when needed.
Skills You Have:
- Experience working in a fashion or home & living D2C brand.
- Basic knowledge of logistics/RTOs/exchange workflows.
- Flair for turning customer queries into upselling opportunities.
