**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, feedback, or appointment scheduling.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
- Log all interactions in the customer service database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
