Executive Chef Immediate Joiner

1. Develop and implement menus that are creative, appealing, and profitable.
2. Oversee the preparation and presentation of all food items to ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
3. Manage the kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen porters.
4. Control food costs by implementing effective inventory management and cost-control measures.
5. Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met, including HACCP and local health regulations.
6. Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to develop and implement food and beverage promotions and events.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
