**Job Summary**:
The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales for cable and internet services. This role requires frequent travel to meet potential and existing customers in person, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and expanding the company's customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential customers through door-to-door visits, cold calls, and referrals in assigned territories.
- Conduct on-site presentations to explain services and benefits of the company’s cable and internet packages.
- **Sales Execution**:

- Meet sales targets by closing sales deals with new and existing customers.
- Explain pricing, service features, and promotions to customers, offering solutions tailored to their needs.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries, maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and service issues promptly to maintain goodwill and retain customers.
- **Field Visits & Territory Management**:

- Conduct field visits to assigned regions to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Actively maintain a presence in designated areas, networking with local businesses and residents to promote the company’s services.
- Provide insights into customer feedback and competitor activities in the assigned region.
- **Reporting**:

- Provide daily and weekly reports on sales activities, leads generated, and sales closed.
- Submit accurate and timely sales data to the Sales Manager.
- **Marketing Campaigns & Promotions**:

- Participate in marketing activities such as local events, exhibitions, and campaigns to drive customer engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure promotions are communicated effectively to potential customers.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in Field Sales or Outside Sales, preferably in the Cable, Internet, or Telecommunications industry.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Basic understanding of cable and internet services is an advantage.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
