**Job Role: Field Sales Executive (Medical Representative)**
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical or medical products to healthcare professionals within assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, to generate sales leads and foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide product information, features, and benefits to healthcare professionals, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Organize and conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and educational seminars for healthcare professionals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within designated timelines, while adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to support sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory levels.
- Participate in training programs and continuous education to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and understanding of industry regulations.
- Represent the company at medical conferences, trade shows, and other events to network with potential customers and enhance brand visibility.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
