Job Title: Field Sales Representative (Construction Industry)

Job Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote and sell a variety of construction products to clients in the local area.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with both current and potential clients to achieve sales goals.
- Deliver captivating product presentations and demonstrations to illustrate the unique advantages of our products.
- Negotiate and finalize sales deals effectively, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to develop and implement successful sales strategies and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a Field Sales Representative role or a similar position, preferably within the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of construction products and materials is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical.
- Strong abilities in persuasion and negotiation are highly valued.
- Capability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Results-driven with a proactive mindset focused on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the local and neighboring areas.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
